Mussel seafood dinner

September will be the perfect time of the year to indulge with mussels so they are going to be the centerpiece of our next Seafood-themed dinner. We will cook them the French way, "à la marinière"! You will also enjoy buckwheat flour blinis topped with sardine butter, local oysters and crème brulée infused with vanilla from Tahiti.
