how to order
Please order at least 3 days in advance by email at firstname.lastname@example.org or by phone (415) 696-3611 (Morgane). We will make every effort to accommodate last minute event orders.
final guests headcount
Please provide us your final guest headcount at least 3 days prior to the event’s date. If you need to increase the number of guests within 3 days of your event date, we will make every effort to accommodate, but an additional fee may apply.
We want to offer you the best dining experience possible. Ingredient changes may occur based on product availability and seasonality.
minimum order and chef fees
San Francisco: $700 minimum order* / South San Francisco: $900 minimum order* / Burlingame-San Mateo-Redwood City: $1000 minimum order* / Peninsula or East Bay: $1100 minimum order* / Mountain view-Sunnyvale-Santa Clara - $1200 minimum order* / San Josée: $1000 minimum order - North Bay* (* before tax)
A gratuity of 15% will be added to all catering orders. Each catering event includes 2 hours of service, excluding the set-up time. An extra cost of $100 per hour per chef will be added if exceeding 2 hours of service. No chef fees will be applied for deliveries.
San Francisco: $35 / South San Francisco: $55 / Peninsula - East Bay - From south San Francisco to San Mateo: $70 / From San Mateo to San José/ North bay : $80
We accept payment by check, cash and credit card. Note that an additional convenience fee of 3.5% will be added for payment by credit card. A non-refundable security deposit of 50% is required to confirm your order and book the date. The final payment is due the day of the event unless otherwise specified and arranged. A late fee of $10 per day will be assessed until paid in full.
Orders cancelled within 3 days (72 hours) of an event are responsible for the full price of the order. We do not over-book our schedule to be fully focused on your event :) Orders cancelled 3 days prior to an event date will be refund the 50% remaining if already paid.
